Emotional problems probably affect all of us at some time or other. Sometimes they go away by themselves and other times thay can linger causing upset for a very long time. Humans are very emmotional organisms and so when the emotions go out of balance there are often ramifications for other parts of the body.
Problems of this nature cause stress and that can lead to all sorts of illness. Most emotional problems are to do with relationships and this is an area which can be addressed by hypnotherapy. Using hypnosis to understand and rationalise your problems is very effective because one of the problems we have is difficulty in communication with other people about these problems.
Getting
your concious out of the way and rationalising your problems with your subconcious mind can often take away all the stress and give you a good understanding of the problems you are facing which means a solution can usually be found.
There are times when just talking in confidence to a stranger can help. In these cases I use a form of conversational hypnosis where you will be thinking you are having a normal conversation but suggestions will be changing the way you think and solutions to your problems being created.
